Signal validation pilot
Test whether one candidate signal improves a decision your team already makes.
When to choose this
You already make a recurring decision, such as routing exceptions for review, and have historical examples of the outcomes. You want evidence that a new signal adds value before committing to integration.
What the pilot covers
We agree on the baseline, the cost of misses and false alarms, and which information was available at decision time. We then replay the baseline and candidate under the same conditions and inspect the cases where their recommendations differ.
What you receive
A reproducible baseline, a comparison by relevant segment, a record of data gaps and assumptions, and a recommendation on whether the signal is ready for a limited rollout.
How to request a quote
Tell us the decision, who makes it, what a useful alert looks like, and which outcomes you can observe. A source inventory and approximate event volumes are enough for the first discussion.
