Decision Ledger

A proposed review workspace that would tie evidence, dispositions, and follow-up to one case.

The problem

A score may start an investigation, but the evidence, reviewer judgment and later outcome often end up in different systems. It becomes difficult to explain why two similar cases were handled differently.

Proposed workflow

Decision Ledger would attach observations to a case, capture the reviewer’s disposition and rationale, and record handoffs and follow-up. A reviewer would see the evidence available when the original decision was made.

What a prototype would test

We would walk through a resolved case, a duplicate, and a case reopened after new evidence arrived. The evaluation would focus on whether reviewers can reconstruct the decision and identify the next owner without consulting another channel.
